Grand Junction, CO, March 16, 2021 - Seasoned real estate professional, Branden Lowder, has made a move to the Colorado Western Slope and has partnered with Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, LLC as Team Leader with an undeniable vigor to take the market center to the next level.
Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, LLC is pleased to announce Branden Lowder as their new Team Lead and CEO. Lowder comes to the area with over 27 years of experience in the industry as both a successful agent and rainmaker for Echo Real Estate Partners. Having won multiple awards recognizing his leadership abilities, Lowders extensive experience brings excitement and motivation to the agents of the Colorado West Realty market center. “We’re grateful and thrilled to have him as part of our Keller Williams family, we know he will do great things for the office” one agent noted during Branden’s introduction ceremony.
“I was born in Colorado Springs originally. My family moved us to Lake Havasu City in 1981 and I began my real estate career in a community similar to Grand Junction back in 1993. The past 12 years in Los Angeles has been an amazing experience and I’m blessed to have my wife Tammy, in business with me. I’m excited to be back here in Colorado.”

Branden started his career at Keller Williams 7 years ago as an agent, and briefly left in 2018 to seek another opportunity at an opposing firm. Coming back into the role of Team Leader is something he is excited and passionate about. “I was originally a little frustrated with KW, so I left and tried another brokerage for a few months. The grass is definitely not always greener! I came back because KW was the better brokerage to be associated with and it offers everything we need to be successful,” he answered when asked what prompted his return.
Keller Williams Colorado West Realty has offices in Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs and Montrose, with mega teams in Crested Butte and Telluride. Branden is also bringing an extensive sales and negotiating background to the agents at KW.
With plans to double the offices’ production and agent count by 2022, Lowder hit the ground running by introducing an in-house marketing team as well as adding new classes and staff to their support team. “I'm looking forward to making the Colorado West Realty market center a place where agents who truly want to build their business, brand and fine tune their sales skills, and learn new ways to lead generate, can all come together and feel supported by our team and staff,'' he expressed during his first management meeting where he met fellow Team Leads from neighboring offices.
